If a weapons manufacture can be sued if one of their weapons is stolen & used in a crime, why can't Judges or DAs be sued if a criminal is released out on bail & commits another violent crime?
Or POTUS for fentanyl deaths due to failure to secure our border & protect citizens?

That sounds like an excellent proposal, The problem with the United States however is that logic and objectivity has evaporated from the whims of society.

I've been saying this for years!!!
DAs who fail to prosecute, lawmakers who restrict LEOs, are no different from those who aid and abet the criminals!!!
