    This is wild and is a great example of how democrats don't understand private taxation. Rather than just limiting what landlords are allowed to appropriate from households, they're going to subsidize it ; and of course rather than with a cash payment, its a complicated tax credit

    Under the Rent Relief Act, anyone who spends more than 30% of their income on rent would be eligible for a federal tax credit. What would you do with that extra money in your pocket?
