US UK media headlines complicit as ever in driving the drumbeat for war: UK should strike #Syria not only without any #Douma investigation, but also without even a Parliamentary vote, May urgedpic.twitter.com/spRUlgxXya

Hi Sonia. All that civilians & doctors can say is that they haven't heard of a chemical attack, they can't know there wasn't something that happened somewhere else without their knowledge. The videos do appear to show dead children, plus appears are bodieshttps://twitter.com/ShoebridgeC/status/986568980235276290 …
Where are the dead bodies? Watch this:https://twitter.com/SoniaKatiMota/status/987447975831064576 …
The #WhiteHelmets leader publicly stated (see article) that they will indicate to @OPCW location of the bodies. If they now don't they will be wholly discredited, so I expect they will. To me it makes more sense that these people did actually die, but let's see what results.

I've been regularly tweeting concerns re the White Helmets since 2015, so I'm among the last who needs educating about them, but thanks anyway. Let's see if they now reveal body location - if you look at the images, it's likely these really are dead children. As I say, let's see
Thanks for this. Notably of course Germany has been a cautious, political participant in Syria war, and so its media by asking questions isn't being 'disloyal'. In UK mainstream media, apart from Fisk article a uniform consensus of Assad guilt, and support of UK US France attack.
which contredict all previous reports from other journalists like vanessa B on the ground .. they all reported and the little boy and father that they were no chemical attack..
Hi Soraya, to me it seems more likely that people actually were killed, but I'll await what emerges once the @OPCW is on the ground. This tweet discusses the points you referred tohttps://twitter.com/ShoebridgeC/status/987476842453053442 …
Does anyone think that Jaish al-Islam (who took many civilian hostages, paraded them in cages and killed many of them) would not be capable of killing several dozen women and children for the purpose of staging a "chemical attack"?
Well they’ve used chemical weapons on Kurds, so it’s perfectly plausible.
I had to open this tweet in new window to retweet because twitter
kept saying it had been deleted
Thanks Jon, and for the retweet. It seems Twitter has been having problems in the UK for much of the last few days..https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/twitter-down-tweet-stop-working-a8314991.html …
1/n Not sure some commenters in this thread understood what the reporter relays. 1. He talked to many people from Douma and East Ghuta(?) in a refugee camp. 2. These told him stories of Jihadists having planted chlorine canisters waiting to be bombed by Syrian air force.
2/2 3. They also told how Jihadists experimented with poisoning prisoners with chlorine and filming it, and witnesses think these videos may have been used later. 4. He himself is skeptical but concedes "There may be some truth in these stories".
@AngelaMerkeICDU refused to join in the missile attack on #Syria, signalling a split in coalition ranks. Her government, more attuned to the tragic results of war propaganda than any other in history, decides to investigate, rather than judge. Funny thing, Karma.
