But the real problem is political lobbying by politicians and flag officers. That is the real problem that should be at the top of everyone's priority list to stamp out. This insider trading case has no merit in my opinion.

There is no coincidence. Millions sold out of their positions 4 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 weeks before the crash. That is not coincidence that is causality.
