In all of your honest opinions. Does this even REMOTELY advocate for hate speech or break TOS? @TeamYouTube's "manual reviewers" says it does. @VincentHatesGod https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrMXvPzba-8 …
I just don’t like the fact that you can’t question anything about the past or anything the government does. And the fact that senile old people get arrested for saying offensive things.

To tell lies can lead to horrible things. When people start to believe "Hitler did nuffin wrong" the cycle can easily repeat. But there's a difference between opinion and facts.
-
I feel like the more you tell people that they can't believe one specific thing or can't say one thing, you invite people to rebel against that notion. Also, is something truly a "fact" if you have not witnessed it first hand to confirm for yourself? There are lies, as you said.

You can say whatever you want. But outright lying like denying the holocaust for example is wrong. And you are allowed to question the government and criticise it. Even doing satirical stuff or making fun of.
-
As an American, I don't think you should be arrested for any opinion that does not directly harm another; eg pedophilia, terrorism. Saying the Holocaust never happened or saying the numbers were exaggerated does not hurt anyone. Especially when an elderly person is saying it.

We are very open about our past and try to prevent that something like that will happen again. And no government is flawless. Neither mine nor yours.
