I love Super Metroid one! That dark atmosphere, the soundtrack even the bosses, it's all too good! I haven't 100% it yet but I'm on the way! #Shinesparkers

Metroid Prime. It was my first Metroid (well, joint first as I got it and Fusion for the same birthday) and just had a breathtaking atmosphere. Just looking up at the rain was mind-blowing. And then a fantastic exploration followed #Shinesparkers

Honestly, Metroid Fusion. One of the most anxiety inducing games I have ever played, has one of most terrifying antagonists in SA-X and is just stunning #

#Shinesparkers Super Metroid. Amazing soundtrack and atmosphere, and the game still holds up decades later

I don't live in the UK. I'll just never pass up an opportunity to vouch for the underappreciated Prime 2. It was one of the first games I personally beat. Prior to it, I'd mostly wander aimlessly in any game I played and leave progress to my older brother.

World building is some of the best in the series in my opinion. Though the bosses are a mixed bag, the Temple Guardians are incredible. And it's probably Samus at her most heroic. She completed her mission minutes in. The rest is her simply helping the Luminoth because she can.
