Of course they will. Underestimate Millennials and Gen Z at your peril. Boomer and mother to Gen Xers here - Aunt and grandmother to Millennials and Gen Zers, so first hand experience.

I sincerely hope so but the same was said about the 60s kids but look where we are today. Perhaps, this generation will do a better job.
