are they stupid or something. We had major winter storms that lead to significant testing lags and lower test reports last week (especially Texas). The case rebounds have been higher test volumes -- positive % still declining significantly.

It’s almost as if opening up restaurants, movie theaters, etc. while more contagious variants are spreading and vaccination rates are low . . . leads to more cases
