As someone who enjoys firearms, we need reform. As someone who enjoys video games, this wasn't a case of "video games cause violence". Madden is a football game, not a shooter. This was someone who's mental health couldn't take losing a F**king video game.

Doesn't help that the competitions don't have security checks, there's next to zero security to begin with. Is sad that it happened but obviously security for all events is a no brainier.

I'll be curious to see if he had any criminal history or mental health history that would have disqualified him from owning a firearm. If not, then the problem here would seem to boil down to a normal someone losing their temper and having a gun handy. With *laser sightsI*.
