    This is exactly why I push for the intergenerational co-leadership model being piloted at . Not only does it provide the overlap in leadership needed to support transition and succession, it provides built-in support so that leading isn't lonely

    Obviously, The Color Purple should be on everyone's list but I'd gift that to younger me. TCP and The Practice of Adaptive Leadership because I needed that framework for leading earlier in my career

    I prefer to discuss anti-blackness now b/c it eliminates the idea that only certain people can harm Black folks. Much of who we are as Americans is rooted in prioritizing and praising "whiteness" that even POC and well meaning allies can act in ways that harm.
