That would just make them *more* exclusive by causing them to charge higher fees. Real issue is that feepaying schools reinforce privilege.

Agree they are disastrous for inequality. This would close many down. If you banned, the most expensive would go offshore.

If they threatened to go offshore to protect indefensible privilege, tell them their products could only attend offshore unis.
