It takes away the right of a citizen to censor on their website. If it's your website you should have the right to do what you want with it. The government shouldn't be able to force you to not do something. I think if a company has government funding then they shouldn't be

allowed to censor though since they receive money directly from the government. If that isn't the case though a site like Kotaku ( journalism site just an example though ) should have the right to delete or censor comments they don't like.
