A policy preventing Copyright owners from making $ on manual claims for:
Short song clips (ex: 5 sec of a song)
Unintentional audio (ex:
from passing cars)
Claimants can still block monetization or the video itself, but timestamps help you edit out the claim.

Don't forget to add, with a claimant that avoids giving out any kind of information or trace to their whereabouts as they know the illegality of what they did. Mind when thefatrat got claimed? He seriously didn't have an easy time tracking who claimed his song.

I know right? If Auto content ID didn't flag it, it's likely a fraud claim, or some minor artwork. There should be heavy onus on the claimant to prove their position. $50 in escrow for legal fees would fix this. Don't make claiming free.
