This is illegal. This Lancaster Pennsylvania police officer should not only be fired immediately, he should be arrested for assault. This is criminal assault. He did that for no reason whatsoever.

I agree. It's systemic and, in some cases (like here in Chicago) it's generational thinking. Fortunately there ARE some really good, brave ppl in uniform. Just have to weed out these obv untrained, racist, ego-driven asshats. <--I toned that way down

@LancasterPolice I hope this officer isn’t just disciplined but charged with a crime. This man was sitting with his hands clearly visible. Not a threat. Tased for no reason.
