Just an interesting FYI fact: There are circumstances under which govt. officials have pre-granted immunity, permission to lie under oath, and pre-constructed cover stories to tell if their operations are exposed.

I have asked this question. I'm not sure they would be informed of each other's directives. If they are, I'm not sure they would challenge each other's, it would defeat the purpose and power of them for any single one. Mind you--

I think that is clearly an unconstitutional overstep of authority. An oath is the guarantee that allows the fact finding element of the judiciary to function. It would usurp the integrity of all branches which utilize sworn testimony. This isn't even debatable.

If its detrimental to the current admin I'll bet there's a way to defeat it. If the act is unconstitutional it should be stricken.
