Interested in why "immunity". Usually that happens if there was a deal cut in a investigation to get more info to incrimate someone. What was the deal, and who are they after?

It may be a poor choice of words on my part. Govt officials according to courts cannot be sued for the abuses they allegedly commit in their official capacity. Congress needs to write a law that sets forth law and punishment for these abuses.

The
@FBI &@TheJusticeDept are corrupt agencies They’ve had several chances to come clean but they’re afraid Sorry Would be nice if it were otherwise

You don’t really think it’s Trump’s DOJ, do you?

One and the same.

Why don’t you settle out of court, then? Trump DOJ must defend government vs past lawsuits. Your beef was with Obama Regime. Is Mrs. Finnicum suing FBI for its HRT sniper team assassinating her husband, a far worse offense than what was done to you?!
@BundyRanch -
We have long offered to settle if they would have a discussion about how the intrusions were done and by whom etc.

PS: Sessions knows who invaded your computers and that this is illegal. He knows who ordered and will

How can they have immunity? That’s ridiculous.

I will write more about this in future. Courts say terms of punishment must be written into the law by Congress. Congress hasn't done that to this point.

So the citizenry has no recourse if the government committs a crime against them? And for no reason other than to CYA. Unbelievable. Washington is a cesspool of immorality and criminality.

“Immunity” of public officials is an invitation for them to break the law.

They should have only “qualified immunity,” not absolute. An investigation should help determine whether their immunity shields them from liability for their actions. Police officers get prosecuted all the time, not enough say many liberals.
