Comey leaked the memos after he was fired if I’m not mistaken. There was no reason for a special counsel in the Clinton investigation because he was leading that investigation.
-
Comey improperly inserted “INTENT” into 18 USC 793(f). “Intent” is not a requisite component” of this law. The law was specifically written to address negligence. Read the (f) portion.https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/793 …
-
Two things: (A) Comey was not prosecutor. His duty at the FBI was to advise for the DOJ to press charges or not. (B) Comey wasn’t alone in his interpretation of the law. Numerous lawyers & prosecutors working on the investigation agreed that there was no case to prosecute.
-
If you read 18 USC 793(f), the law, as written, fits what Clinton did exactly…. not to mention that numerous US Attorneys said they would have prosecuted the case. A smart second year law student would have won a 793(f) case against Clinton.

Read it again Dennis. This time bring a reading comprehension helper with you.

AG Lynch telling Comey to use 'matter,' not 'investigation' re: HC biz, mirroring HC campaign's lingo, her tarmac meeting w/ subject's spouse..... If the former example is bad, the latter is catastrophic. That this didn't trigger Special Counsel damages Comey beyond repair.
-
It's amazing to me not how much you're willing to read into Lynch's behavior, because it concerns me as well. What amazes me, how little you're willing to read into Trump's behavior, which is by any measure 100 times more damning. The hypocrisy is astounding.

Was your account created just to try and control this mess? You do realize that popular opinion will have no effect whatsoever on the rule of law now. There is a new sheriff in town and they actually care about the rule of law.
-
Was your account created merely to spread disinformation? Because that's all it's doing.
-
Lol I actually have links to back up what I’m spreading. Do you?
-
Well Jen the new Sheriff obviously ignored the rule of law that states it’s illegal to collaborate with an enemy state to swing an election and to bribe multiple individuals for their silence. Oh it’s also illegal to obstruct justice.

There should have never been a Mueller investigation. Comey is no leader, he is a weasel!

Ok, but he fired Comey and told Lester Holt it was about the "Russia thing" and when Trump hosted Russians in the oval office he said he fired "Nut job" Comey because it relieved pressure... So there's that.

9-"[Comey] leaked at least one of these memos for stated purpose of spurring the appointment of Special Counsel, yet he took no steps to spur the appointment of Special Counsel when he had significant concerns about the objectivity of... AG Loretta Lynch."
