If Hep b false negatives are your strongest argument for HepB to infants of non HepB parents, I'd like to see evidence it's a real problem.

That is not my only argument. My strongest argument is that all these kids should be vaccinated eventually. Vaccinating earlier provides greater protection from multiple exposures and there is no evidence that waiting provides any benefit.

Your question should be "do the benefits of vaccinating at birth instead of teen years outweigh the increased risk of earlier vaccination". I am not aware of any evidence that vaccinating earlier causes increased vaccine injuries so the answer wold be yes.

Better question, what are we solving except for HepB carrying toddler bites & false negative vertical transmission? Both exceedingly rare.

I ask you then. What are we gaining by delaying vaccination to teen years? There is no evidence that delaying buys you any benefit but it will certainly result in more chronic Hep B infections and deaths.

But the CDC says here that only 40% of infants contract HepB vertically from infected mother. That's not 90% nor a reason to mass vaccinate.pic.twitter.com/3WeRf9BEbZ

I didn't say 90% get infected. I dais 90% of infants who contract Hep B will end up with chronic Hep B and 25% will die early as a result of this incurable disease.

Fortunately almost no infants are infected with hepB since they aren’t having sex or using IV drugs. Best to identify any infants at rare risk and perhaps consider vaccinating that subset. No sense using a high powered vacuum on all when a feather duster on the at-risk will do.

Why do you take issue with questioning vaccine safety, and addressing the medical science fraud? You're free to defend & promote vaccination programs. And others are free to support scientist whistleblowers exposing vaccination contamination, and lack of proper safety testing.

I did not say injuries don't occur. I said they are very rare. MD's are liable if hey don't provide patients with accurate information and offer vaccines as per the standard of care which is based on the preponderance of the evidence. That's what most MD's do.

#5) So why vaccinate all newborns? If a mother is infected, administration of the vaccine to her baby within 12 hours after birth has been shown to be 95% effective in preventing infection. Because there is no cure for Hep B and the best way to stop it is to prevent it.

#4) So why can’t we just give the Hep B vaccine to the babies of mothers who have it? People usually don’t know they’re infected with Hep B until the damage is permanent. There is a test for Hep B, but it’s not always reliable.
