If Hep b false negatives are your strongest argument for HepB to infants of non HepB parents, I'd like to see evidence it's a real problem.

The real question to ask is whether people want to see HBV eliminated. If they don't care, they will never accept ACIP's guidelines. Ever.

"Best to identify any infants at rare risk and perhaps consider vaccinating that subset. No sense using a high powered vacuum on all when a feather duster on the at-risk will do." ~.

Again, do you want to eliminate these pathogens or not? I admit most will choose 'not'. If so, just say that rather than attack the vax.
-
Why do you take issue with questioning vaccine safety, and addressing the medical science fraud? You're free to defend & promote vaccination programs. And others are free to support scientist whistleblowers exposing vaccination contamination, and lack of proper safety testing.
-
I have no problem with people asking questions about safety. That's a good thing. It why we have clinical trials and monographs.

Have you listened to the CDC's senior scientist, Dr. William Thompson's revelations about the CDC? He says "the CDC is NOT doing its job." Here's a snippet of the transcript. cc.

Have you seen autism is usually determined prenatally? https://www.nature.com/articles/pr201823 … How could a vaccine cause something that's already there?

JUST as I suspected, you swerved --though I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Bye Jason.

Says the person who by according to the MD behind his name has zero liability and ignores that injuries occur.
-
I did not say injuries don't occur. I said they are very rare. MD's are liable if hey don't provide patients with accurate information and offer vaccines as per the standard of care which is based on the preponderance of the evidence. That's what most MD's do.

Here is one of those rare reactions. That baby suffered horribly.https://twitter.com/LaLaRueFrench75/status/981219968527220738?s=19 …

More like less than 4% of those born to HBV+ mothers thanks to vaccination. Was about 25% before vaccines.https://academic.oup.com/jpids/article/5/2/114/2580086 …

In conclusion, 1/4 of adults with HepB got it at birth or early childhood. Does this sound like sex or IV drug use?

#5) So why vaccinate all newborns? If a mother is infected, administration of the vaccine to her baby within 12 hours after birth has been shown to be 95% effective in preventing infection. Because there is no cure for Hep B and the best way to stop it is to prevent it.

#4) So why can’t we just give the Hep B vaccine to the babies of mothers who have it? People usually don’t know they’re infected with Hep B until the damage is permanent. There is a test for Hep B, but it’s not always reliable.

#2) About 25% of adults with Hepatitis B acquired it at birth or in their early childhood. #3) A mother with Hepatitis B has a 30% chance of passing it along to her child during birth, and of those who are exposed, 90% will develop a chronic infection.

This tweet is riddled with misinformation. #1) In about 30% of cases we can’t figure out how the person got HepB. It’s often transmitted unknowingly in families by sharing toothbrushes or razors, or through contact with open cuts or sores and other bodily fluids
