Who’s falsely presenting anything? All the stories I’ve seen correctly identify them as must-run promos. Seems like you’re creating a straw man to deflect from the actual point — the promos are ethically problematic.pic.twitter.com/3tMUGIrZMj

You can form any opinion you wish: I can't find anything in the promos that most people wouldn't agree with: the news should check our facts, be accurate, there's been too many mistake etc. Which part do you find ethically problematic?
"Unfortunately, some members of the media use their platforms to push their own personal bias and agenda to control 'exactly what people think'...This is extremely dangerous to a democracy.” That’s completely false in the local news space, and extremely hypocritical...
…because the ONLY local ownership group pushing personal bias is Sinclair itself, with the must-run opinion pieces from Boris, Mark Hyman, and the Islamophobic “terror alert desk” segments.
Did Sinclair ever correct the unsourced “ISIS slices nine youths in half in Mosul” report? Because that nonsense is not journalism. I’d never let a reporter fresh out of college get away with that, but Sinclair forces local stations to run it. That’s journalistic malpractice.
I don't know what you're talking about.. but are you saying Sinclair gave ISIS a bad name?
I’m saying the Terror Alert Desk segments are filled with unsourced stories like this one from a site called “Iraqi News.” https://www.iraqinews.com/iraq-war/isis-slices-nine-youth-with-chinsaw-mosul/ … I could point to any random site on the internet and put it on TV too. That’s unethical journalism.
And are you actually arguing that the Boris/Mark opinion pieces aren’t a corporate attempt "to push their own personal bias and agenda to control 'exactly what people think’?”
I talking to someone now on twitter who is lathered up by Sinclair. He's scared Sinclair, a company that shows reruns from the 50's will buy Tribune, a billion dollar company. The left sees even marginal opposition and goes into attack mode to destroy it.
1. I saw the promo on the local Sinclair affiliate, KOMO in Seattle, before hearing anything about the controversy. What's funny is that I had the OPPOSITE reaction: I thought they were denigrating conservative media vs. their own mainstream standards.
It would be possible to make it look either way with creative editing and propaganda campaign
Stop trying to be balanced, when its clearl inbalance towards whites, specifically Men. Get it. Balance doesn't mean capitulated to idiots.
It's clear, crystal... The Truth is clear. Brennan, Clapper, Obama, etc. colluded against DJT. It's obvious.
So forcing millions to watch CNN in airports for hours on end isn't propaganda? LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Liberals have ALL major networks shows. Does anyone think The Today Show, GMA, NBC, ABC or CBS Nighly news is impartial? Hell No. They are Liberal Bastions. Sharyl Attkisson has the only Impartial show on Any of the MEN networks. Never miss it. Makes Sunday mornings a treat!
I finished your book “The Smear” in one day. I couldn’t put it down. I thought politicians and the media was bad, but it’s worse than I could have imagined.
Let me guess: Free Press uses a ton of material from AP & Reuters and covers same stories as ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN using at least 70% same editing framework & language. I'm just guessing here.
