Case in point. The war on drugs has created more deaths from illegal and illicit drugs and more suffering for chronic pain patients who now are no longer treated for their pain and are stigmatized as drug seekers.

Yes, in most cases your right except when there is MSM involved. Then it creates a whole host of problems. Specially this day and time where hardly anyone trusts MSM. Then it becomes catastrophic.
