I just looked it up - it says it refers the investigation to DOJ. So if DOJ has conflict you can't use IG

A Special Counsel could be appointed based on the findings of the IG.

Unfortunately, without an AG, there appears to be no alternative than a Spec Counsel to investigate DOJ/FBI

Its pretty basic here folks. The FBI cannot be trusted to investigate themselves. Doesn't Sessions know basic law about conflict of interest? Where is that weasel hiding? Somebody put a BOLO out for Sessions.

He's much busier than you assume. Lying in wait, gathering all sorts of evidence. This is no easy case. It involves so much more than a few bad apples at FBI/DOJ.

POTUS just needs to declassify the FISA warrant and everything that was used to obtain them. Then we can all see if there was anything other than the dossier used. That seems pretty simple to me, but then I’m not a late night talk show host
