Maybe because there is evidence that Trump engaged in a conspiracy and/or obstructed justice, and there was no evidence that Hillary committed a crime. That would pretty much explain it, right?

Think of it this way: what good would any law protecting our classified info be.. if anybody could fail to follow it with impunity if they simply argued no bad intentions? It would put all of our classified info at risk of mishandling.
-
There are work rules and elections that penalize breaches of policy that aren't criminal. You can lose an election and/or your job for mishandling- that's a consequence too, right?
-
Yes I would think so. But not all who have responsibility for handling classified info run for office. In theory HC should have been held accountable for mishandling even if she had never tried to run for president. Pretty serious.

Need to run, really appreciate the honest discourse. I'll be looking for you on TV!

Maybe it's a bit like the difference between a DUI death and a murder. The DUI death may have been unintentional and the drunk may be a really nice person but it is still against the law to drink and drive for obvious reasons.

Thanks. Short of there being true misconduct by the FBI, is there really a case against HRC? I tend to back law enforcement decisions on this stuff, and not the crazy partisan "lock 'em up" crowd.
