Accg to the most comprehensive study on flu shots in elderly, done by federal govt., death rate among elderly has starkly risen since more have received more flu shots. (When findings were known, govt. blocked my interview with lead author.) https://sharylattkisson.com/2015/07/28/govt-researchers-flu-shots-not-effective-in-elderly-after-all/ … https://twitter.com/1219ddenney/status/953980089825447936 …

Yep, lots of people die in the hospital I did read the study. The bottom line is flu shots are still recommended for the elderly

Right. So the bottom line is--why? (I know the answer from my CDC sources.) But I'll bet you'd rather not know. But indeed you should absolutely decide for yourself! Not trying to tell you what is right for you!

2/2 protect the elderly in a roundabout way since kids are carriers. The chilling part? "The official told me: The hard part will be convincing parents to give their kids a shot that they don't really need." The next yr, flu vax went on recommended schedule for kids.
