I know that all vaccines are not the same & appreciate that you are looking for verifiable truth. In general I believe rewards far outweigh risks, but that ratio will vary by specific vaccine.

Maybe I heard wrong--but last I heard, the HPV vaccine actually killed more people than had HPV caused cancer.

To get good info, read the drug insert, also the vaccine only is covering 2 or 3 of the papilloma virus, supposedly identified as the cancer villian. I would suggest that people be taught sexual health and that your body needs a healthy immune system also.

"To date, the efficacy of HPV vaccines in preventing cervical cancer has not been demonstrated, while vaccine risks remain to be fully evaluated"https://www.scribd.com/doc/127818325/Annals-of-Medicine-HPV-Vaccine …

Got a non-opinion paper from somebody who hasn't had his papers retracted for serious errors? See http://retractionwatch.com/2017/10/09/journal-retract-paper-called-anti-vaccine-pseudoscience/ … for several reasons Shaw's papers are not in general trusted.

I'd point at compensation by vaccine injury court, but people discount the numbers as low -- while ignoring fact that most injured people have no idea the court exists, let alone apply to it.
-
The program's been around for 30-odd years, and is mentioned in every vaccine info sheet. Despite the wide publicity, over its lifetime, only 1 in a million doses is compensated. That speaks to the safety of the ACIP recommended vaccines. Does not support your position.
-
I don't expect to change your mind. The fact remains that most people are not aware vaccine court exists, & doctors refuse to admit to people their problem could be caused by vaccine. And this is my last reply to this thread.

Looking forward to your reaction to the coming fall in cervical cancer rates in young women vaccinated on time.

There are so many variations of HPV virus...I believe 17 that can cause cancer & the vaccine only may help prevent a couple of them...right? Also, long term affects? Like ability to get pregnant? Or affect on sperm counts? Has this been proven to be ok?

Randomized double blind, pretty clear. I’m not commenting on whether or not one SHOULD be vaccinated, but science is good

However, I also believe that if parents are free to not vaccinate their children, then the rest of us should be free to avoid those children lest they infect our kids (such as excluding from church, daycare, school)
