I sent out the statement earlier. Without using the "cause-effect" phrase, perhaps you would agree with some scientists and CDC who believe vaccines may "trigger" autism in certain children (susceptible for genetic or other reasons). https://twitter.com/WaynesterAtl/status/937123500694876165 …

I’m a libertarian at heart. I never downplay the industry-government angle. But even ignoring that vaccination has a really solid historical record.
-
I won't hound you but that's kinda like saying "medicine has a solid record." Sure, medicine generally=good. But it doesn't mean all people should take all medicine. Penicillin saves lives but can kill those who have a bad response to it.
-
Agreed wholeheartedly. Not recognizing that is stupid. What I want is better science to tell us what tiny percentage of children can’t get these vaccines. Then the rest can and those that can’t are still protected from these insidious diseases.
-
When the ‘science’ is paid for by big Pharma, don’t expect the truth. It can (and is) manipulated to sell their product. What we need is a vaccinated vs. unvaccinated study, but no one will touch it. Would mean death to their profit$.
-
And another reason it won't be done is it would mean possible death to a lot of children. We are insulated in America from vaccine preventable deaths from the most part. I didn't see a case of measles as a physician until I went to Uganda.
-
The Amish population is unvaccinated. So are many other people. No one is dying. I had the measles, hell, the disease was featured on the Brady Bunch! Lifetime immunity. Uganda? Yikes, not much proper sanitation or clean water.
-
It's also an airborne disease so sanitation or clean water has nothing to do with contagion. Not sure what the Brady bunch has to do with anything.
-
1/2 Vitamin A can rid the body of measles. So it is airborne—when your immune is fighting off the bacteria in FECES and heavy metal run-off in the water—which is the case in Mongolia-you can’t exactly fight off a harmless illness like the measles.
