So true Sheryl _ More important than any Flu shot is good personal hygiene. Specifically washing your hands with soap and water throughout the day and before every meal. And you don't need any special anti-Bacterial soap either.

On either CNN or ABC I heard that flu shots this year is really ineffective and may ever make some sicker with the shot than without it.
