That may be true. A majority of us would also like a million dollars. The government's pretty involved with student loans. But as far as I know govt didn't do all that much with healthcare until the ACA, yet costs have been rising for a long time.

I"m not an expert but experts I trust say the prices the govt has long negotiated (in secret) w/providers/drug companies/hospitals dictate all of our costs. $$$$$
