Hard to say since forensics show the intrusion but we don't necessarily know the very first original date.

No disrespect, but I'm not sure you've ever been able to prove that what was done to your computer was a government hack.

Sure, but I don't believe any of those things prove it was a government operation that targeted her. https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/erik-wemple/wp/2013/05/29/sharyl-attkisson-and-her-compromised-computers/?utm_term=.dbe64e7f4e08 …

Wouldn't you want to know the evidence for yourself or at least know more rather than making an uninformed conclusion? IT's okay if not--just a thought.

I've read most of the press on this, thanks. But a Q: why haven't you released said "evidence" or permitted the experts to speak on record?

That's fine, your entitled to your day in court. But, please, don't tell me I'm "uninformed" when you refuse to release the evidence

I don't think I've refused to release the evidence. For 2+ years anybody could see what we outlined in court docs, which is best way to discuss something that propagandists are trying to shape (I think).

Outlining in court docs is a narrative you've constructed. What about the 3rd party computer forensic reports? Or an independent review?

Yes we have many third party forensics report and several independent reviews. I believe those are introduced fairly soon. Some of the findings are in our early pleadings. (As I said, the govt agrees it's a govt IP address our forensics found.)

Just one more Q to clarify: Is the govt agreement here the former NSA/CIA contractor in the affidavit recently filed in your case?
