Serious question for my Intel friends in the know: Is it true we don't have the capability to verify an H-bomb test by our biggest threat?

Not an intel guy, but pretty sure there are ways to tell with relative confidence because of the staging. (H-bombs are a 1 and 2 explosion.)

I never claimed to be able to or to want to personally investigate every question on the planet.

It's a pretty serious question wouldn't you agree? I would hope you would use your powers to inform us as to the answer.

She specifically said: "Serious question for my intel friends..." She wasn't asking Twitter.

Then she said: "... in the know." Reread it all. You'll get it. That's not meant to sound nasty.

But I will say this. Since this is still going on. She made a comment about not investigating every question. It's her question.

Proving that the blast was a hydrogen bomb would depend on the presence of the hydrogen isotope tritium.
