@SharylAttkisson You could have gotten a new one and given your old one to someone else. Besides, expired license is no longer a valid ID. -
@fcifaldi but you could give a valid ID to anybody to use at any time if you were going to be a crook.. just for the sake of argument. -
@SharylAttkisson Right, but that's illegal for you and/or the person presenting. But accepting an invalid ID puts the acceptor at risk.
