If you have to bleach your food you probably shouldn’t eat it. My thoughts only.

Perox vs household bleach. I've used food grade peroxide for years before/after brushing & soaked veggies in a cap ful in a sink full of water. Can't say I've ever gargled with household bleach. Ppl who don't wash their fr/veggies are ppl who eat the feces of field pickers.

Wow, that sounds like a lot of work. I only wash fruit & vegetables when my wife makes me. Otherwise, I figure the dirt will keep my anti immune system up.

I'm a health nut and never heard of such a thing. The idea is to break up pesticides on the surface and wash them away. Those molecules can usually be broken quite easily, even by soap, but a spray of Food Grade Hyd Per is good, as is GSE - better yet is to by local organic!
