This is spot on. Whatever your political allegiances, I think we can all agree that most “news” is one sided and true objectivity is rare.

Very fine observation. Finally; accurate reporting with enough room for me to decide based on the facts and not the supposition.

The real tragedy is not so much that there is “no” objective news... it’s that the American public would rather choose their version than demand objectivity

Thank you for an excellent article. I think another question that deserves asking is what have the everyday people learned about the media?

Can we clone you? Truly believe you may be last true journalist on face of the earth. Have no clue what your political beliefs are. Personally, don’t care. I just want someone who will report facts, then let me decide. You seem to be the only one who’s capable of doing just that.

Excellent observation. “Journalists” have just dug their heels into their liberal echo chambers and still convince themselves the New York/DC/California progressive agenda is “America’s opinion.” They learned nothing from the 2016 elections and chose to

Great article. My dad is a big Putin fan. I think a lot of Americans are, to the extent that Putin is a strong leader and for some that is attractive. Especially juxtaposed to our previous outwardly weak and feckless leader. As long as Russia isn’t a shooting at us enemy that is

"The Media" should be reporting the news not making it.
#TheSmear took out@BillOReilly one of the last of the fair and balanced media. Which in turn made@seanhannity the voice of the right, now the most powerful voice in media. Seems like that may have been a tactical error.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

The answer to your title is, "Not much." Great article. The shared talking points or scripts multiple sources work off to opine, versus giving the viewer or reader the news is akin to movies preaching the director's message to the audience. Journalist like you are rare

Yes, and the media would be well-served to not categorize every critique (such as this) as an “attack”. If they are interested in protecting their brand, some honest feedback is in order. Newspapers are disappearing, ratings are tanking, yet the partisan dog & pony show goes on.
