(1/2) Agreed. But DNA tests could be used to disqualify the liars claiming to be parents. I’m trying to think of ways to make children the opposite of the ticket that they seem to be. Bringing a kid here in an unsafe manner is abuse and should disqualify you.

I don’t know how or if we could reduce the amount of abuse. We don’t know which parents, sponsors, or coyotes are abusers. We don’t know who may have raped or abused the kids along the way
