#1 IG Horowitz was asked whether he indeed found “no bias” among FBI officials in their decision making, as widely claimed. Horowitz: (1:13:34) We were not saying that for every single decision…there are hundreds of decisions being made.

Also curious that Horowitz settled on repeated use of confusing double negatives rather than clearer direct statements.

Why not state the obvious? Bias was proven through the fact that no charges were brought forward for HRC. Hillary committed espionage crimes. The statutes couldn't be clearer.

Double talk. Send the people FBI AGENTS AND DOJ EMPLOYEES involved and put them before a Grand Jury. We will quickly know what the truth is and who is telling it. Sessions and Rosenstein must go otherwise this was a terrible waste of time and money. Sad.

Not much difference between the IG report & Director Comey’s building a case against HRC, then saying in effect, never mind.

in yer #1,2,3,4 Horowitz used a double negative ....that means he said YES there was bias. The idiots in senate don't know that 2 no's = 1 yes. That's how he wrote it in the report. DOUBLE NEGATIVE.

When asked point blame were they biased his head moved into the affirmative but his language was legal ease . Basically saying through body language that he most certainly thought it affected their work.

I was particularly impressed when IG Horowitz made reference to a Grand Jury.
