Bootcamp went well all things considered. I didn't win many matches hehe but my character crisis is -almost- over and I feel like my fundamentals keep getting better so it won't take too long before I'm sick again.

High tier, both Ivy and Squirtle can manage well around the mayority of the cast, but yeah, Leffen can keep looking for an "easy" solution all he wants. At the end of the day no matter how easy the character is, you're gonna have to put in work to win.

He did amazing with trainer at G6 and it was only his first S tier, I wanted to see how far he could keep pushing the character, thats all.

You say this as if the best players at the top of the top level won’t exploit the weaknesses that squirtle has. Ivy can at least hold his own, but I don’t think the character holds up at the highest level.

PT is not as good as people think he is. Ivy is the only one of the three i would say is an actual character. Squirtle has good combos but struggles hard at killing. Charizard is just a bad character other than the occassional cheesy kill from side B, upsmash OOS, or uthrow.

Squirtle can edge guard well if you're not afraid, he can kill mid weights with f-tilt trips into jab slide jab f smash at 80%avg (72% on Lucina for reference). Charizards up smash and up throw were nerfed from 4?? but they gave him better neutral tools and an amazing buffed bair
