1) Its always important to show that the Heritage Sector is still working towards inclusion and difficulties that families and people experience, to move this forward. I would question the situation regarding quiet times for particular conditions...

There are some wonderful examples of what is being done.
@AutisminMuseums has done a brilliant job of raising the profile and helping to train many museum staff on this. However, I think there is a larger issue that is not getting addressed. Staffing shortages & lack of training. -
Many more inclusive regular hours visits would be possible if museums were funding & staffing FOH staff properly. You can't expect precarious, outsourced staff to know how to do inclusion well or consistently. Same in schools.
