  not sure re Boots, but it is free from pharmacies (http://www.nhsdirect.wales.nhs.uk/encyclopaedia/e/article/emergencycontraception/ …) But the story highlights Boot's have said they would reduce the price by end of October and have only done so in 62/2500 stores.
