@YouTubeTV How do those of us affected by last week’s outage get credit for the free week if we subscribe through @Apple @iTunes / @AppStore ? Support folks for both companies are referring customers each other.
Unfortunately same result. YouTubeTV support is pushing customers to contact Apple support and vice versa. I would have hoped there was an official procedure for this process. Still no resolution.
