The content of trans education videos are to review very expensive prosthetics for people who need to know what they are buying. They are necessary to some of us as part of a medical transition. None of the videos depict graphic nudity or a demonstration of these prosthetics.

So why are cisgender people allowed that privilege? Why are cisgender people allowed to review sex toys and have their graphic and uncensored sex docs, but trans people can't talk about medically necessary procedures or devices? I call bullshit.
