    , your digital screen "apology" for the Lewisham incident is a disgrace, how dare you blame the passengers, their stories totally conflict the ones in the media, they were trapped inhumanly for hours, if I were on those trains I would have jumped earlier

    I think you need to arrange another meeting with Grayling and the rest of the rail ministers. This is a total shambles on so far this year. It's totally unacceptable for paying customers to receive such poor service daily.

    What exactly are we paying for? How poor does service get before the franchise is taken from them? Who is in charge, the DfT or the operator? From where we sit, the operator is walking all over the DfT. Fare rise ABOVE guidelines & this is the service we get?

    Why did the train from cit to Charing x have fewer carriages this morning? no seats, overcrowding and now delayed on the journey... super work!!

    I’ve written to the Prime Minister asking her government caps the fares for Southern Rail in the same way they did for the proposed fuel tax rise in the budget. Bluntly, I do not believe Southern Rail deserve a fare increase from hard pressed commuters.
