We can ensure a stable future only if we stop rekindling the fires of the past and move beyond the destructive wars of the older generation, and treat each other with respect, honesty and a spirit of understanding and attending to the shared wounds.

So disappointing to see young Afghan elites indulging in hatred and sabotage rhetoric...Are they supposed to be tomorrow's future??
I understand and share the disappointment but there are also voices of reason, calm and connection and many others who do their good work with little noise and a lot of dedication. They all inspire me.
