Just to show the donors that the process of selection for these positions are transparent, they announce these positions online. In most of the cases the person for these jobs are already selected. No use to apply, appear for exam and then interview. I've experienced .

Applied & shortlisted for written exam. We were 6 at that day. Later they called me for an interview. There I saw 5 people, out of which 3 were from those who wrote the exam & 2 were new. We were shocked & u know what? 1 of those 2 were selected. Who is there to listen?

It was not anywhere else but MoF. The post was Technical Advisor for Infrastructure Development. Now, how people should trust their process and apply again. Isn't it just a waste of time & effort?
