Continuous delays and broken promises have unfortunately become very common these days. It really hurts when you see all this dishonesty :(

It is unbearable. I was told book been edited months ago. Called today 2 check & it wasn't. And they can't give me a straight answer on date

This's true almost in every sector of our business & social life. Deceit & fraud have never been this pervasive. Sad & v frustrating.

I have had this problem with travel agencies, tailors, restaurants, IT companies, and even cab companies and more..
