This might be late, but just FYI they have a 144 helpline number. Called them once and they were very helpful. They also have local offices.
Thank you. Tried that today with no luck. Will try again tomorrow. Would like to hear why power is so scarce in Kabul.

Electricty is playing up a bit lately, but compare to countries like PAK(where the weather is v hot as well) our Electricty is still v good.
