Yes what can be done? Can the UNSC you take action? Can a focused military action from an international forces stop it? Can diplomatic talks with Iran, China, Russia, Pakistan stop it ? What are the answers?

You’re absolutely right about UNHRC & thank you for the reminder. What incentive is there for Taliban forces to consider a ceasefire at this point? Are they interested in legitimate political power sharing? International legitimacy & law?

Hard to tell what Taliban are interested in beyond their current campaign of destruction but I believe the world still has leverage to put more pressure on them & those who support them
