This study have not been empirically tested, although there is positive correlation between women participating in peace agreements and the effectiveness of those agreements, but it is based on causality. It is like saying “increase in ice cream sales causes, increase in suicide”

It not peace talks but it is serous jokes, because Pakistan has leading and has started unannounced war against Afghanistan, but stupidly peace negotiations is with Pakistani militias as Taliban.basically peace talks should start with Pakistan not Taliban.
