unfortunately, defeat (end end of *open* presence which happened in #Nangrahar and #Kunar) does not mean complete disappearance. we wrote some years ago that it appears that there is an underground ISKP terrorist network more or less autonomous of their territorial enclaves.
A deeply worrying situation. Is this all ISKP? If so, what happened to the claims of defeating the group? of course, not every claim is genuine. but it appears that ISKP started to re-organise in nangrahar. there are also (non-ISKP) groups active on both sides of the durand line who had partly joined, then split again from ISKP.

Keep talking and let the stafe show just sympathy with victims when is need for clear action if no peace what the security doing only to walk around the citys go find them where they have there bases and training camps before they reach there target in citys killing many innocent
