A country is poorer without its activists, path-breakers & advocates. The brave women who overcame countless barriers to shine in Afg are now seeing no space here. What will our society be without these pioneers? How can this be a “peace” process if it is causing fear & despair?

For the “peace” process to be seen as credible, we need a ceasefire & a real possibility of public engagement. We need to be able to organize rallies without fear across Afg to give the public a voice. We need to be able to come together & debate. The current violence can’t go on
