Whoever is behind targeted attacks on civilians, KNOW that these attacks amount to war crimes. KNOW that there is NO religious or moral justification to killing civilians who are using their voice & work to serve Afghanistan.

Killing people because they criticize you or you disagree with their opinions, lifestyle or vision IS a sign of weakness, a failed strategy of many failed ideologies/groups in Afg. Afghans r independent & can’t be governed by FEAR. There will always be dissent. Learn to value it.
