Whoever is behind targeted attacks on civilians, KNOW that these attacks amount to war crimes. KNOW that there is NO religious or moral justification to killing civilians who are using their voice & work to serve Afghanistan.
Killing people because they criticize you or you disagree with their opinions, lifestyle or vision IS a sign of weakness, a failed strategy of many failed ideologies/groups in Afg. Afghans r independent & can’t be governed by FEAR. There will always be dissent. Learn to value it.

I don't think if anyone cares about war crimes in #Afghanistan anymore. The #US government gave a green light to terror groups from being prosecuted for war crime. Don't you know the so called peace agreement between the #US and Terror group of #Taliban?
Many committed war crimes; they will continue doing it, and will be pardoned too for myriad excuses. the simplest way to turn a blind eye is to ignore whatever happens, whoever is killed. in the past 20 years war crimes convicts were pardoned or five thousand were released.....
Human rights commission didn't publish its report on crime during communists, Mujahedeen and Taliban regimes. Now, criminals think that they will always be forgotten and forgiven. As long as you keep those reports hidden, Human rights commission would be guilty too.
